How it works:

Online Training allows you to work more effectively & efficiently with the help and expertise of a personal trainer. Tailoring plans for you to workout in your own home, a local park, or at your local gym using an existing gym membership, anywhere around the world!

Once you’ve signed up I’ll be in contact with a questionnaire to gather your information, to see where you can train and what equipment you have access to, to make an assessment of your current and past health and fitness levels and to discuss your own specific goals and how often you should be training to see results.


Your Workouts:

It is my job to break it all down for you, to create you a truly custom plan which focuses on you, your goals, your lifestyle, your available time, your abilities and the equipment you have access to.

You will receive biweekly workout plans suited to your goals as we monitor how you are progressing. You will have weekly check-ins with your trainer and messaging/WhatsApp access anytime you need for the duration of your package for any queries you have, either training or nutrition related. Workouts are sent out to you by email on the weekends, with two weeks worth of workout material at a time. You will have updated workouts sent every second week thereafter as we follow your progress. I will be there to direct you, keep you motivated, give you the information you need and check in on you regularly.

If you want to track your nutrition and eating habits I recommend the ‘MyFitnessPal’ app. By doing this I will also be able to monitor your nutritional intake more closely which will help further.

(I also recommend ‘Jefit’ or ‘Bodybuilding.com’ for any exercise references you need, they both contain extensive exercise databases with video demonstrations. Alternatively you can contact me with your queries.)

NEW: Online clients also have full access to the ‘Client Resources’ page on the website, a password protected page where you will find additional information, including a welcome pack and a Nutrition PDF which has lots of helpful information, nutrition tips, grocery shopping lists and lots more. You will find information and guidance to help make the changes needed for your body to really get the very best from your efforts in the gym. Unlike other Online Trainers, I do not send out generic workout routines to clients, therefore I can only take on a limited number of online clients at any one time to ensure they get the best, tailored training service.
